Changeling Demigod

A mortal who is adopted by a god or deities.

(A changeling demigod may be raised by their divine foster-parent/s. They may also grant their adopted mortal child supernatural powers).

e.g. 'The mortal earnt a god's favour by completing a divine mission for him. The god favoured the mortal so much for it that they adopted them as their own child. So, they ascended to the rank of a changeling demigod.'

Changeling

In old myths „changelings“ typically are attributed to Fae exchanging human children for their own and these then behaving strangely. But in reality it is the kids hitting puberty and the parents do not recognize their own kids anymore!

Puberty invokes changeling behavior.

My kid must be a Changeling, I do not recognize it anymore!
