a person who bums around (does whatever they feel like whenever they want) all summer lonnng. the person may or may not have a job, but probably smokes pot. if you are one, you're probably proud of it. if you're not, you probably wish you were.

"what are you doing this summer?"

mum bummer

The act of being overly nice and polite to the parents of friends/acquaintances, especially mothers, when you are in fact brash and filthy around your peers.

Stoked Bummer

A feeling that arises from a bitter-sweet moment in which you are happy (or "Stoked") about a particular circumstance, while simultaneously saddened (total "Bummer" dude!) due to a consequence of the same event. Only really applies to people in Souther California, or events taking place there.

Me: Dude, so I'm stoked that my little sister is getting a sweet gig in Portland but I'm bummed-out that it means she will be moving out of SoCal.
Buddy: Yeah, Stoked Bummer man.
Me: Double True.
