A cheap (often crappy) Audio product company. They produce 'professional' products for broke musicans and venues that want a product to get the job done. Often; Behringer is regarded as a meme for proffesionals in the Live sound and entertainment industry. Behringer offers very cheap products that typically last up to 1 year or have some other kind of flaw that makes in unsuable in a PA system or Music Studio.

Sometimes, Behringer is refered to as an entity or indidual for when a Sound Technician is refering to a terrible piece of equipment, method or setup.
