When a persons eyes are weighed down excessively from smoking high grade cannabis. The earlier the wake and bake, the stickier the eyes. You can't cure the sticky eyes you can only attempt to mask them or go to sleep and try again at life tomorrow. But tomorrow morning will come and your eyes will look like Pennywise in IT, after you manage to pry away the crusty snot mortar of course.
