It is, in a sense, a more comical way of saying nuts.

Nevershoutnever!

Nevershoutnever! is the alias of seventeen year old acoustic/pop artist, Christofer Drew Ingle. He recorded an EP by himself in his basement of his hometown Joplin, Missouri and became an instant online success story and averaged over 30,000 online plays a day on myspace. He is currently the number one unsigned artist on myspace. He also performed his hit song ''Bigcitydreams'' live on TRL on July 29, 2008. This fall he is going on tour with Hellogoodbye and Ace Enders. Oh, and he also has the most beautiful, purest voice your ears will ever hear. He sings like an angel and writes inspirational songs with really sweet lyrics. When Christofer sings his voice brings tears to my eyes because it's just so perfect.

It is truly sublime to hear Nevershoutnever! sing, for Christofer Drew Ingle has the most angelic voice on the face of the earth.

Jeff, the depliction of malapropian health and 4-wheeler money, often exersizes his bolsterous nevernacular to degredate and impinge the English laguage.

Neverpants

People, most commonly men, who wear shorts year round, despite cold weather that befits pants. The shorts they don are likely to be ill-fitting, knee-length or longer, denim "jorts" or cargo style khaki. They almost exclusively live in non-tropical environments, and most often in a dark basement.

I almost swiped right, until I noticed he was wearing long jean shorts in all of his pictures, and I could never date a neverpants!
