A duck duck goose girl (or guy)...is a person that has been benched by someone who is stringing multiple people along in a sexual or romantic way. Said "player" keeps his or her harem of simping partners on hold in a limbo of breadcrumbing as "ducks", until ready to choose the next "goose".
