Put My Gown On 

A term to signify that you are definitely staying home for the night, and unequivocally will not be putting pants back on to get out. Some old timer ladies call their mu-mus/nightgowns “gowns”.
Girl 1: Hey, sister! You should come over and try this new herbal medicine we got going on.

Girl 2: Nah, I ain’t feelin’ it right now. Wheel of Fortune is about to come on anyway.

Girl 1: Come on, it’s only like 7pm!

Girl 2: I know lol, but I done put my gown on. Even filled my belly; I’m done with today.

Girl 1: OK Grandma, good night then.

A term coined by NASCAR enthusiast Jack Morris. If you tell a driver to put a brick on their foot, you are telling them to put more pressure on the pedal, making them go faster.
Fan: Come on Elliott, put a brick on your foot! You gotta win this race!

Put that peanut butter on the jelly 

An instruction to perform a predetermined action or series of actions swiftly.
When my driver education student took a turn across oncoming traffic excessively leisurely I barked "Put that peanut butter on the jelly, son!"

When a floater doesn't flush away and you don't have time for a second flush so you cover it with toilet paper and tuck it in for the night or until the next person flushes.
"Why won't you sink? I don't have time for this. I'll put a duvet on it.
