Used to describe a world view that embraces changing values and methods to standardized beliefs. Adjusted lifestyles in favor of socio-economic trends. i.e. telecommuting, environmental preservation, etc.

Boss: Why does she want me to review it on the computer? I always want 3 printed copies before I make corrections for her to fix. Then she needs to reprint 3 more corrected copies.

Coworker: She's a millennialist. Corrections can be made on the computer.

When a Baby Boomer or Generation X individual is smacked down for technological incompetence by a Millenial. Typically because the Baby Boomer or Generation Xer is confident that the technical skills they acquired in the late 20th century are still relevant.

As Al looked up the address for a restaurant using an archaic windows 95 desktop computer through his dial-up connection, he was Millenialled when a young lad named Austin scoffed at him and showed him the power of asking Siri.

Millennieitis

The inflammation of a Millennial. The presence of any discomfort or pain that is unwanted in someone feeling entitled to life without pain. Pain can manifest as physical symptoms or emotional distress, brought on by such conditions as the "common cold" or a "differing opinion". Typically found within the Millennia Generation, this dangerous condition is also contagious to non-Millennials feeling similarly entitled, and can be referred to "Millennieitis by Poxy".

Michael, a 28 year old man-boy, suffered from a stuffy nose requiring his mother to bring him to the emergency department.

"Is it serious?" mom asks.
"No, its millennieitis"
