It's not a race because it refers to people from Spain, and they are classified as whites.
If you are from Spain, and only spain, you are Spanish, but you are not hispanic.

Do not get it twisted.

Guy 1- No, its not. Spanish is being from Spain, not a race. I'm assuming they're trying to say 'Latino' or 'Hispanic'.

Adj. Combination of the word gangsta and skank but doesn't involve either word. This means when a person loves giving the infamous "titty twisters" or ass smacks for no reason. Once or twice is okay in this culture but this is the person who does it to get joy out of touching other males in heat.

spanish police

"Police" from Spain who drive slowly around the streets of Spain (and other Spanish islands such as Majorca etc) peering agressively and apprehensively out of the windows at you. Every single one of them are arrogant, sexist and cowardly.

Very corrupt and racist. Get away with murder, literally in some cases, thanks to the deserted high hills of Spain and the liberal distribution of firearms amongst the force.

If you find yourself being apprehended by the Spanish policia, and you are Spanish or otherwise, be prepared for a severe kicking, either in the cells or down a back alley.

If you find yourself in police car and you know you're going to be spending a night in a cell, then I feel very, very sorry for you.

the move used to kill members of a HALO game in one hit....Usually done by sneaking up behind an opponent and hitting the B/RED button that causes the player to pistol whip or rifle whip his opponent... It's an instant kill...and most likely represents that you suck at HALO
