Anger nap

While the 40 participants initially spent equal time attempting to conquer the unsolvable puzzles the scientists put before them, a one-hour nap made people more likely to continue spending time on the problem, while non-nappers (who watched a nature documentary for an hour instead) were more likely to give up. The nappers also reported that they felt less impulsive after having a snooze. The subjects had kept a consistent sleep schedule for the few days before the study, and the groups were randomized to control for age, habitual feelings of sleepiness, and other factors.

I was boiling when I figured out their game to try and prove I'm a disloyal person but I uped them one and took a anger nap before I said something I wouldn't usually say.

On October 30th every person has the right to nap at any point in the day instead of doing other things. Napping is healthy for you so it makes you healthier as a person on this day.

Decompression Nap

When you wake up from a really deep sleep and have to take a nap before you can get up and start your day.

Similar to a deep sea diver stopping on the way up to decompress in order to avoid getting the bends.

"Sorry I'm two hours late to work. I needed a decompression nap this morning"

When you sleep in a state of half-consciousness and wake up feeling more or equally tired to before the nap, taken mostly on airplanes or public places

When a bartender (or barback) goes into the small closet they call an office, and they take a line (or bump) of white powder (more specifically, cocaine)

Note: the door is typically halfway closed as they awkwardly lean over the keyboard/PC monitor
