vo-tard

A word often used to describe students who attend vocational high schools. An obvious play on the the more familiar "retard", it suggests that vocational students generally exhibit some form of mental retardation. While some of these vo-tards possess significant mechanical skills, it is impossible for them to escape the stereotype.

"yo man, did you bring your car to the shop yet?"
"nah, I just got a couple of vo-tards to fix it for short money."

Someone who cannot use any electrical product made after 1983 without becoming incredibly confused, and generally have a designated helper to assist in the checking, writing, and sending of emails and avoid any process more complicated than email.
