Ropey

Ropey can be when someone is pinging off drugs and looks a ropey/acting ropey.

It can also be used instead of the word weird, but in funny situations/random strange events.

(A lot of Welsh people use ropey especially in rural areas, not sure of its origins)

e.g: A man is walking down the street with only one shoe, playing the bagpipes backwards and wishing everyone merry Christmas in the middle of June.
