Eating copious amounts of dairy products, despite having a well-known lactose intolerance, and subsequently declaring the circumstances under which you’ve nearly shit your pants.

Becky had ice cream and pizza at lunch. She pulled a Shameful Sherrie on the way home as she clenched to my front passenger seat.

Christmas Walk of Shame

Christmas Walk of Shame is when you leave your parents house the day after Christmas. In pajamas at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, you walk to your car with all your unwrapped gifts. Usually, feeling down (and broke) because Christmas is over. Most of the time this includes a hangover.

"Look at that family doing the Christmas Walk of Shame."

"Ok, Mom, we are out. Thanks for everything. We are about to do the Christmas Walk of Shame."

When visiting a trendy restaurant and the server clearly doesn't think you are worthy of seating together with trendy crowd and seats you far far away.

I was at NOBU last week and we got table shamed. I didn't even know they had a back room.
