'Dope ___ Congratz!!' , a saying that is popularized by South Korean boyband member BIGBANG's Taeyang. A way to express your enthusiasm about something. It started off as a joke on instagram but it is now used by many people all over the internet.

Dope Congratz means you like something, you're expressing your enthusiasm about something with a very unique set of words.

When you see a video you like, you say: 'Dope video... Congratz!!!'

When you really like your new fidget spinner, you say: 'Dope spinner congratz!!!'
