Brooklyn College is one of the senior colleges in the CUNY system. Brooklyn College is known for being inexpensive and highly diverse. Tuition is roughly 1/4 of the cost of SUNY universities like Albany and Binghamton, and 1/8 the cost of private colleges like NYU and Sarah Lawrence.
The Brooklyn College student body consists of an unusual number of recent immigrants and students whose parents never attended college. It is also one of the few campuses in the world that have a significant Jewish, Moslem, and Christian population.
Academically, it is comparable to CUNY Hunter and CUNY Queens College.

Get the Brooklyn College mug.A liberal arts college largely attended by students from the tri-state area. LC encourages students to have "cur non" (Latin for "why not?") impact. (Incidentally, "cur non" has now become the campus's version of "YOLO" as can be seen on All College Day pinnies.) Some of the College's highlights include the great student-professor interactions, small community, and picturesque campus. Lafayette is also known for having a long-running rivalry with Lehigh University, which is occasion for many a T-shirt that calls students to "pluck Lehigh."

That college that people go to, but no one really knows where it is.
People only drink in their rooms on weeknights, and everywhere else on the weekends. Pubic safety "patrols" the streets, and by patrolling we mean only giving out parking tickets.
Known for it's music programs, the music students live in Blair, and only come out to look down on those who are not music majors.
Football team sucks, but they think they're the shit.
Hockey team sucks, and only consists of players who were born before 1983, most of who are super, super, super (you get the idea) seniors
Has shitty student bands, which is surprising because it is a music school.
Located next to a Wal-Mart...enough said.
Notable personalities include Sun-burnt Barbie, Horny Democrat, and Paterno's Reject.

Get the Jones College Prep mug.Located in Philadelphia's garden district, Chestnut Hill College is a coed, private, Catholic institution founded by the Sisters of Saint Joseph in 1924. With about 825 undergraduate students, the College boasts a 12:1 faculty-student ratio with class sizes ranging from four students to about 25.
The College's self-proclaimed "geographic identity crisis" is a huge draw for students: it's across the street from Fairmount Park (the largest park system in any U.S. city), and within walking distance from a SEPTA train station to center city Philadelphia.
Among its 30 majors and 29 minors are several five-year combined Master's programs, including Education, International Business, Language, & Culture, and Psychology.
As incoming class sizes have grown, so has the campus itself. SugarLoaf Hill, an estate and conference center formerly owned by Temple University, was acquired by the College in 2006. Its former hotel now houses 60 students in a dormitory, and post-renovation plans include classrooms, dining services, and more.
Student leadership and serving the community are part of the Chestnut Hill College experience. A few examples: its Student Government Association organized the first-ever SEPCHE Student Government conference. The College was named to the 2008 Presidential Honor Roll for community service. Its activities team, CHAT, made the College the first in Philadelphia to play human Quidditch (and later placed third at the College Quidditch World Cup at Middlebury College). A 2009 graduate had her first book published by age 22. Its chapter of Phi Beta Lambda consistently wins in national competitions.
To quote the College's first President, Maria Kostka Logue, “Chestnut Hill will prepare you to learn how to earn a living because you must. But you are here to learn how to live."
