Puttin Dick in Bitches' Asses. This phrase originated in Kingwood, WV during the Kobe Bryan scandal in September of 2004, when a newscast on ESPN aired. The premise was young children not understanding why Kobe was under scrutiny.
A news reporter then brought up the difficulty in explaining the unconventional sex act to youngsters, when a young 20's male named, "The Gunk" blurted out, Puttin Dick in Bitches' Asses!

This was then later shortened to PDIBA so that it could better be used in a sentence.

Son: Dad... Why is Kobe in court?
Dad: Well, son, Kobe had sexual relations with someone other than his girlfriend.
Son: But that happens all the time.
Dad: I know, but it wasn't regular sex.
Son: What do you mean it wasn't "regular"?
Dad: Let's just call it PDIBA.
Son: OK Dad, whatever you say.

PDN

PDN = Proctologically Derived Number. An obscure mathematical classification for almost all numbers, including dollar amounts, presented to the public by governmental entities, politicians, pork-barrel government contractors, and other self-righteous prevaricators, with the sincere claim that the number is totally based on sound science, fiscal integrity, and the public's best interest. PDNs are typically presented as having at least an order of magnitude higher accuracy and reliability than the more commonly used WAG (Wild Ass Guess) classification of numbers. A sub-classification of PDNs is the LBSPDN (Loose Bowel Syndrome PDN), typified by numbers presented in such a manner or quantity as to inundate the public, leaving them flush with bewilderment.

The proposed Federal budget presented by the Bush Administration to the Congress, and the American people, is a fathomless melange of obfuscated PDNs.

PDW

Personal Defense Weapon. Originally used to describe HK's MP5K (MP for Maschine Pistole or Machine Pistol and K for "Kurtz" meaning small). The term has since left being used to describe that weapon and has grown to represent a new class of weaponry that is supposed to have the firepower of a rifle (such as a M16 series rifle in 5.56mm)yet the ease of carry of a submachine gun (like the larger MP5 variants).

Two weapons currently fit such a description, FN Herstal's FNP90 (5.7x28mm)and HK's MP7 (4.6x30mm). Both of these weapons are marketed as being perfect for support staff and pilots where a full size rifle would be too large to be practical
