In gamer form “sweat” means somebody that tries hard and will normally try to 360 no scope you in the face. A sweat is somebody that you don’t want to run into in a game. If you do...game over. And if you are a sweat you try really hard to win. In non gamer form sweat is something that runs down your face,hands,armpits etc. Mainly when your hot. Sometimes you will sweat when you are nervous.
