If something is silly milly, it's sillier than the word silly itself. It transcends the idea of silly. Someone who is silly milly is being ridiculous, humorous, and a tad bit annoying, but within the bounds of silliness without it being ragebait.

When you absolutely out of your mind drunk, and you start doing silly things, such as roly polys and copious amounts of bag.

Often, when you are at the brink of "Silly Mode" you will shout it out, and encourage others to get silly with you.

Friend 1: "I'm going to have a few beers tonight, would you like to join?"

Friend 2: "Hell yeah. It's Friday. Let's go Silly Mode!!!!"
