People working on the ramp of active airports who wear high visibility vest and carry around bright colored/light up wands which give them the ability to direct aircraft. Most people refer to them as "Line Service" or "Line Ops" or "Line Guys" but really they are the true Air Traffic Controllers.

Pilot- The Line Service at this airport are some of the best in the world, they'll marshal you in, fuel you up, and provide any other services like they're a NASCAR pit crew.
