The phrase “Fanum Tax” is derived from youtuber Fanum who is commonly made fun of for being fat and stealing other people’s food in designated percentage this is where the tern “Fanun Tax” was born. So Fanum Tax means stealing others food in small portions when they are eating

So "fanum tax" is a word originally used by former twitch streamer, Kai Cenat. It is to describe the action to steal someone's food, but it is not commonly used as it's defined.

Women’s Tax is a term for the things that society pins on women to do involuntarily (like not paying taxes per say) to not feel ashamed, manly, or “gross” that only apply to women i.e. having to shave nearly your entire body almost every other day-
Women 1 - I really wish I could grow out my body hair and not feel ashamed about it!
Women 2 - Yeah, I hate women’s tax.
