To simultaneously glorify or laud an event (often for the purpose of taunting an impacted party) while also casting blame for the event on that party or a party affiliated with them. The blame-casting element is often based in extreme conspiracy or innuendo, as the more insultingly outrageous the accusation, the more effective the taunt.
