A person completely unaware of what is going on around them even though it should be completely obvious to them but is obvious to everyone else around them.As it relates to relationships: a guy or girl who who has been dumped by a partner yet refuses to accept that reality even in the face of seeing that person with other love interests and being told directly it over.

Origin: Steve-The-Pirate in the movie Dodgeball was not aware that he was not a pirate nor that it was odd he was going thru life dressed as pirate.

Steve

A rather pleasant name derived from Soviet Russia. The name was popularised by Stalin and is often used as a shorter version of the name Steven, this name is less common when used in daily conversation with friends and loved ones however. Most people with the name Steve are said to be rather mysterious and secretive, they often have complicated and confusing pasts that they are not always willing to speak of. Most Steve's are highly intelligent, however, but many Steve's can be disobedient, a trait usually stemming from the desire to rebel against the autocracy of the USSR. The name Steve is often assigned to a mysterious male, however, the variant Stevette is often used for females. It is not uncommon to find Steve's and Stevette's in a relationship with one another, of course this is not true for every Steve though.

I wonder why Steve is so disobedient an never speaks of his Russian past

Steven Seagal

An actor who is funnier to use in "Chuck Norris jokes" instead of Chuck Norris simply beacause the fact of that he is more awesome.

He is good friends with Jackie Chan.
He speaks fluent japanese
He is an Aikido master of 7th dan.
He owns a dojo in japan.
He is almost always seen in a ponytail.
He is the greatest man alive.

Besides making badass action movies, Steven Seagal also plays the guitar and sings. And of course he's in a band.

Steven Seagal doesn't care what time it is, he decides what time it is.

Everytime boogieman goes to sleep he checks under his bed for Chuck Norris, however every time Chuck Norris goes to bed he checks his under his bed, inside his closet, outside his window, in the living room, kitchen and in his garage for Steven Seagall.

Anybody's best friend. Like a girl's gay best friend who isn't gay. Totally sweet and caring. He's so hot he melts my frozen yogurt. Loves chocolate and bao.... loves my best friend too ;) . But hey, Steven's an awesome asian/mutt and I love him to death :) You're jealous if you don't have a best friend like him. AND his face is 100% symmetrical... now thats sexy ;)
