a person that's kinda slow....but still really awesome. some people think calling someone a fucktard is a bad thing, but it obviously isn't.

when performing an act of fucktardness (s)he will be notified by a simple....ur such a fucktard.

it generally means: ur such a weirdo, but I love ya ^_^

calling someone a RE-tard means they are more than TARDED. they're REEEE-tarded. calling someone a retard is not nice. yet a fucktard should be considered one of the greatest compliments one can receive.
