buddy dobbs

A character from urban folklore. No one is really sure if he exists, but there are many stories about him. The name is derived from a Warren commission reference to the Jack Ruby / Lee Harvey Oswald connection. It is said he will lead an army of the homeless against the affluent. It is a myth passed among the homeless, and is rarely told to people they judge as outsiders. To my knowledge, there is no records of him ever really existing.

"Just wait, Buddy Dobbs is comming soon."

Usually this person turns out to be totally worthless and everyone can see why he or she didn’t have a job in the first place.
