inconsiderate bastard

A person with poor social behaviors. This person typically exhibits poor communication and team building skills. This person may believe that they are superior to others. This persons behaviors may even be destructive to teams and should be avoided whenever possible.

The d-bag that sits near me at work is an inconsiderate bastard because he injects himself into conversations that don't involve him so that he can get attention. Once involved in the conversation, he growls and/or shushes people.
