Uncle Tusky

Uncle Tusky is a character in Zero Punctuation that makes occasional appearances. His first appearance was in Yahtzee Croshaw's review of The Orange Box. Specifically, he was talking of Half-Life 2's unexplained unveiling of a strange character that everyone knew already. He uses the similie that the event is "like coming home from school to find a walrus sitting at the family dinner table and you're the only one who seems to notice." The illustration depicts a walrus sitting at a table with another person offering "Uncle Tusky" some more potatoes. In Zero Puncutation's review of Super Mario Galaxy, while Yahtzee Croshaw mentions Super Mario Galaxy's unintuitive camera controls. He shows Uncle Tusky with a camera atop his head and a faceless voice saying, "Put that down Uncle Tusky."

Uncle Tusky does not want potatoes. He wants a salad.

booger turd

Those pesky boogers that you pick but can't get off of your finger. They keep on sticking to you.

When I am picking my nose, every once in while I pick a very sticky, mostly round booger. When I try to flick it off, it doesn't flick. It keeps on sticking to my finger. The only way to get rid of it is to wipe it on something or someone. It's like a turd that won't go away; thus it is a booger turd.

dictator turtle

The dictator turtle is a fearless, yet slow and inactive, animal that will hunt down its prey whenever needed. It is called a dictator turtle, because it is crucial for it to feel in power and control at all times.

An example could include a seemingly peaceful night, where everything seems to be in order. Suddenly, however, the dictator turtle discovers that a regular turtle has moved in on its territory, and now it will do everything in its power to retain his area, and fight this intruder to his death.
