A pair of breasts that are small, but elongated resembling water balloons that are not fully filled. The only thing you can do with them is squeeze at the base and slap the oblong protrusion.

Noun: A nipple. Particularly on a woman however, this term could be used for either sex.
Can often times be sensitive and becomes erect when aroused, similarly to a clitoris.
Plural: titty clittys.
