only wears pastel polos and bright jeans and freaks about every little thing. usually has 4 or 5 "friends" who look just like them. Most of the are either fake blondes or dark brunettes. They are babys about everything yet act like they have a pole up their ass. commonly named megan or kelly or jessica.
