It's a word combined of the words "bitch" & "bestie". It's used when you want to address your mate but don't know if you want to address them as bitch or bestie, depending on the situation. You can use it with a normal tone or a passive aggressive tone for emphasis.

Chae had happy news to announce, when their mate Ly didn't reply to "ayo bitchh!!" & "ayo bestiee!!" they were still happy about the news but annoyed at the lack of response so they addressed Ly by saying "AYO BITCHESTIE!!". That got them a reaction.
