Fialogue

Fialogue (n): the failure to convey one's point through a conversation; must involve something about talking past each other/or, simply "a fail"

Etymology: Fial meaning the misspelling of the word "fail" on the internet, Logue from Legein meaning "speak".

E.g. One thinks they're talking about oranges and the other thinks they're talking about apples. But they are in fact describing cats. This fialogue resulted in a most disgusting blend of apple, orange, and cat juices.
