When you have symptoms linked to multiple disorders, mental illnesses, and/or neurodivergencies but can't pinpoint which one is you. This is not an actual diagnosis, rather it's for the people who cannot be professionally diagnosed and are trying their best themselves.

I have a zoom meeting coming up so I saved the link and I was so certain I would effortlessly find it again in my email so I didn't bother to check for it until the very last minute before the meeting and suddenly I realize that I am going to miss the meeting and freak out and have a meltdown.

I was desperately trying to find the info on the VIP meeting I had this week, but couldn't find it anywhere. Since then, I have had this bizarre last-minute-zoom-link-fetching-anxiety-disorder.

CAP Disorder

Civil Air Patrol members often suffer from this. Symptoms include but are not limited to: Standing at Parade Rest 24/7, Having your hands at the Position of Attention 24/7, Knife Hands and caring everyone Sir/Mam.

Obsessive compulsive disorder

Common mental health condition where a person has obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviours. OCD can affect men, women and children. Some people start having symptoms early, mostly around puberty, but it usually starts early adulthood, even though it can start before there.

Guy: Hey why are you doing stuff an even amount of times?
Friend: Obsessive compulsive disorder.
