The word has been coined by the Therapy? musicians in the mid-90's while watching some TV-programme featuring a lot of screaming teenagers. Combination of those words resulted in their new song with such a title soon becoming a hit.

Mic Screamers

People(usualy kids) who forget to take off their mic before they start yelling at people at their house, like telling their mom to make them a sandwitch or telling their friends to shut up and there are many other things they yell. Sometimes they might even have a large arguement with one or more of their parents. Everybody who plays XBOX 360 or PS3 (not Wii cause for the main reason, it sucks) will know what I am talking about because it happens at least once in their gaming career.

MS-MOM! Make me a sandwitch! What! I don't know ham and cheese!

a screamer is a girl (typically black) that one will encounter screaming their freaking heads off at a fair/ an amusement park on rollercoasters. are often found in areas such as Six Flags, and make up about 80% of the park.

Inland Northwest/Northern Rockies (most notably Billings, MT) derogatory term for Native Americans. Often thought to derive from their cultural battle cries while playing basketball (see rez ball) but that is merely coincidental, it actually comes from the reaction one has to their emerging from the darkness and knocking on your car window to ask for money while you're going through Hardee's drive-thrus in the middle of the night.
