The family name of German nobility. They changed their name from Weber to distinguish themselves from commoners. Webber is also another commoner spelling.

Frederick Wehber, Duke of the area which is now Schleswig-Holstein the most northern providence in Germany.

A Weber is a barbeque grill and has a rounded lid. Anyone who is fat with a big, rounded stomach is said to have "swallowed a Weber" because the round stomach resembles the lid of a Weber.
