To be triggered is to be set off by something or someone you are upset about or can't stand, usually on the internet.

Person 1 "You triggered?"
Person 2 "Ah where do I start."

When you are salty and feel triggered by someone else's actions. This person will always present themselves happy and hide their true emotions but this can be easily identified as a defense mechanism

Triggered

When you're so pissed at something/someone, that you're not just annoyed. You are seriously pissed.

A month or two ago in class:
Guy who will only be spoken of as...Bob: "Rachel, can I borrow a piece of paper?"
Me: "I guess." *Gives Bob a sheet of paper*
About 5 minutes later...
Bob: "Rachel, can I have another piece of paper?"
Me: *Rolls eyes and doesn't even say anything* *Gives him ANOTHER sheet of paper*
About 5 more minutes later...
Bob: "Rachel, I need another sheet please."
Me: *Gives him a, "I am so pissed with you right now" look, but still gives him another sheet*
A little while later...
Bob: "Rachel...I need more paper."
Me: *Screams in head* "Bob. Did you use the BACK of the papers?!!!"
Bob: "...Oh...Riiiiiigggghhhhttttt..."
Me: *Gives him death glare*
Bob: "You are so triggered right now!"
Me: *Wants to beat the fucking shit out of that asshole*
Bob: *Goes over to his friends and tells them what happened*
Me: *Subconsciously bangs head on table over and over*

The act of being filled with rage and removing people from a group call or chat for the person either:
-Singing

-Playing music
-Or being autistic

Liam Cooke and Liam Lenton was triggered, whilst they enjoyed eating chips with their salt.
