A person who is called being a thunder lungs is known to inhale a massive amount of smoke. While either taking a hit of a tobacco product or marijuana. And exhaling with great force. Making a large cloud of smoke.

Clown lung

Clown lung is the slang term for talcosis. Inhaling talcum powder excessively over time causes lung problems, even death. People who have regularly breathed in talcum powder over long periods of time have developed serious lung damage and cancer. Clowns apply heavy talcum to set their make-up so that's where the slang term originated from.
