The things some people get. Others don't get them. Emotions; happy, sad, angry, pissed, love. Sometimes you have feelings for someone. Sometimes you have feelings about a situation. But sometimes you are like other people and don't have them. Emotionless; stupid, asshole, jerk, bitch, heifer, odd, weird, unique, lucky. They are lucky because they feel nothing.

Slang for sociopaths and psychopaths when they talk about feelings. When an individual has departed so far from what it means to be human and feel emotion, they lump it up into one word in order to simply the broad range of emotions, which in turn makes it easier for these individuals to detach themselves from them. This makes it easier for these type of people to dismiss their own accountability when they have emotional reactions, which usually involve harming others. It's likely these individuals also use drugs and alcohol to numb these feelings and to forget their actions, because of not dealing with their emotions in a safe and appropriate manner. If you know someone who uses the term "the feels" a lot, you need to recommend that they need to seek a psychiatrist. You may end up saving many lives by doing so.
John had a case of the feels coming on, and instead of facing it, he decided to go on a binge of alcohol and drugs. He continued this behavior anytime the feels showed up for a long time. Years later, the feels caught up with him and he went on a killing spree because the pent up emotional energy could no longer be subdued. Now he's in prison for life, working with therapists to help him finally deal with the feels.

A word typically used in the North East of Scotland, "feel" describes someone who's not quite all there...
Hamish: "You know that Murray from up the road?"
Iain: "Aye he's a wee bit feel isn't he?"
Hamish: "Oh aye, very feel"

Expression of agreement, sympathy, acknowledgment and a sign that you approve or comprehend a given action, thought, or situation. Essentially, this is the shortened expression of: "I feel that."
Chester: Hey, what did you do today John?
John: I banged two girls, and then went to the gym and benched 300lbs like it wasn't nothing.
Chester: Damn, John, I feels!
or
Josh: Hey man, you're sister is HOT!
Chester: Man, WTF, I don't feels that, feels OFF her, bro.
Josh: But, c'mon man, you don't at least feels me on that subject?
Chester: NO!
