Short for Southern Illinois or the region of the state that residents sometime refer to as Little Eygpt. It is a play on So Cal (Southern California) or NoKY (Northern Kentucky) but is particularly amusing for those from Little Eygpt, or So Ill, as, in urban dictionary terms, there is littl 'Ill' about Southern Illinois

Ill be dipped

A phrase used mostly by red necks and hillbillies when surprised or after learning, realizing, or discovering something they didnt expect, good or bad. "Ill be dipped" is usually said at the time of the discovery and explained to his redneck buddy's shortly after.

Carl: ill be dipped
Stan: what?
Carl: I just found my ole tackle box
Stan: well ill be dipped! let's go fishing
