Glitch-Rock 

A form of independent/experimental rock and roll that uses processed beats (often recorded live with drum set, then processed via a computer and Midi-systems), heavy FX, and live guitar, bass, and vocals (although it can be instrumental as well). The term was first coined by Author, Singer, Songwriter, and Producer, Sam Oak of UnFamiliar Occurrence, but has been in use by bands like Radiohead and NIN.

Glitch bang bang

To be used when you’re playing call of duty and your game glitches and you accidentally die.

Glitch Missile 

A poorly coded software exploit that is more likely to crash a system instead of giving you access to it.
"Hey, did you see the POC for CVE-9001-99999?"

Glitch Deck 

An item used by gamers to detect hidden secrets.
Adam used his Glitch Deck to find the secret chest in the dungeon.
