Dots is used to tell someone
"thats what I thought" or can be abreviated by just plain saying "Dots"
there has also been a rash of "Dot Bys" recently where while driving in a moving car one would yell "DOTS!!" at a innocent and unsuspecting Bystander. Thus startling them.

Mcdonalds Lady: Heres your Burger!
You: "thats what I dots, Bitch"

Whore: "Heres my Underwear for a souveniour"
You: "Dots, Hoe"
