To initiate, propose or vote for a policy, law or rule that is contradictory to what most believe in order to to get what one wants for their geoup, party or self at the time but then later works against or contradicts a future rule, policy or law put in place by that same individual, group or party. Mr. Brown back f**ked himself by passing a law that forbids gay marriage based on his religouse beliefs only to find previously that he had already passed a law stating that he could not pass a law under the reasoning based off a foreign law. Since the law played out in the Bible is in fact foreign, Mr. Brownback "Brownbacked" himself as his reasoning was that it went against the Bible to allow gay marriage. He performed Brownbacking on himself royally in the corn shoot.
