Stereo-ize

1.) to put stereo equipment into a vehicle. Especially if the equipment costs more money than the vehicle itself. Like decking out your 89 camero before entering it into the scrapping the coast festival in Biloxi.

2.) to stereotype people after a long day of drinking and huffing glue in Southern Mississippi

Stereotypical

At this point in time, everything can be claimed as stereotypical.
Such As :
-Blonds are idiots
-People with glasses are smart
-Overweight people are slow
-Asians are smart
-African Americans are stupid
-Whites are racist
-Elderly can't use Electronis
And the list goes on and on!

Seriously stereotypes are basically everywhere, a part of us. They are what we first think about people and how most people view others.

Girl 1 : Do you see that emo boy?
Girl 2 : How do you know he's emo?

Girl 1 : He has long black hair and he never talks to people.
Girl 2 : Jeez, don't be so stereotypical he could be shy.
Girl 1 : Nah! He's definitely emo.

These are lables given to individuals generally during high school years, to catagorize them. They range from preps, bimbos, geeks, nerds, jocks, townies, grungers, emos, goths, punks and the infamous chavs. Commonly used today particually in the UK.

People who label others with high school stereotypes are ignorant, have a low IQ, and do not understand the concept of individuality.

a general term used to define, in a work environment, the act of your superior or owner of a company verbally abusing a person or team for a mistake or *perceived mistake*. Sometimes confused with the act of 'getting schadomized'.

The client fired us so I got called into the big office and was steined for my mistakes. or The boss yelled at me today and reminded me over and over how poor of an employee I am, I got steined like never before.
