Describes the fucking karens of the world. They are into themselves and might have red hair. This word is commonly used around the RIT campus in the elite honors community (only the best and brightest). If you're in the sun and start sweating, it might be a good time to use it. Awkward situations may arise as a result.

Italian-American slang used for "bitch", "cunt". If "bitch" goes too heavy for one. And one wants to put it delicately, it can be used. Especially in Brooklyn NY.
