A noun used to describe a nasty smell, most often one that smells as bad as or similar to a foul menstruating vagina; formed by combining the words poonany + rag= poonany on the rag.

1. The poon that is acquired while attending a Model United Nations Conference during the Delegate Dance, or in other social forums such as during committee or on the plane back home.
