A mumble rapper is someone who is considered a rapper, but simply mumbles words that make no sense and no-one understands.

Marble mouth

"Marble Mouth" is a slang term used to signify people who possess a slight speech impediment. It's hard to describe, but it certainly has nothing to do with location or cultural background like one definition ridiculously stated. It's not that they stutter - they don't necessary. But it's obvious that speaking is not their strong suit and they sound as if they have a mouth full of marbles. Marble mouths, more than anything, are highly annoying because you just want them to spit the words out already.

Discriminatory barrier keeping a certain class of people out of an upper echelon of American government. Distinguished from a glass ceiling because not only is this class prevented from rising to the next level, they cannot even see what is going on up there.

Coined by incoming Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.

Term coined by Boston radio talk show host Howie Carr for Thomas Menino, mayor of Boston since 1993. His tounge is way to big for his mouth leading to such phrases (and their meanings):
pottah pot- porta potty
wollin walli- rolling rally
ar chieve- achieve
bee yahn- barn
youse- you (plural)
well...you get the picture
