No..not the sweet little colorful choco thing . It's an abrev. for : machine to machine. A technology or 'telematics'..to control machines by micro-cellphone devices.
Like when a Japanese girl wants to buy a soda can out of a street dispenser.. all she have to do is send an IM to the bloody thing and there it goes..!
