A neurological syndrome whose symptoms are largely characterized by speech patterns compulsively peppered with memorable quotes from notable films. These quotes often appear to comprise the main method of communication in those afflicted with HTS. hollywood marriage

The amount of time it takes for light in a vacuum to go across a distance equal to the diameter of a quark. About as long as the planck time. If you're really lucky, a hollywood marriage will last a whole month, but as they say on the weight loss commercials, 'results not typical'.

On a television show or movie, when a character gets a great idea. They end up being near some sort of light that turns on right when the idea hits them.
