A slow, socially and mentally inept person..one who's very slow in getting jokes, you have to explain the joke or the situation to the person to the end before they understand it and still they dont get it.

I told my buddy that I have a STD and have to go to the doctor to take care of it and he said I have STD too and I get my first check next week. I said, WTF..I have a veneral disease you dont get a check for that and he told me he's has a STD and get a check(Short-term Disability)..I said, man you are f'n FLICKDID!!!!!!.Did you eat leaded paint chips when you were growing up...damn
