slang term inspired by the well-known
colloquialism 'devil's lettuce.'

Refers to hard drugs that reduce down to a white powder resembling dandruff
(Ex: meth, cocaine, & apparently some type of heroin)

Next time JimBob asks if I want to smoke the devil's dandruff with him, I'll run in the other direction. If he follows me then I'll break his meth pipe, and he'll probably break my nose.

Resulting from not keeping ones pubic area neat, trim and clean. Cock Dandruff, the particulate matter that builds up on the front of the urinal and or toilet.

It’s not my job, so much Cock Dandruff on the front of the toilet; it’s not my job to clean it up. We can tell the one living in this house that does not keep their pubic hair on point. Every time they pee it looks like the public restroom at the convention center local.
