Listed Building

The official term "listed building" means when a building is of importance ( historical or architectural ) and it can not be altered in anyway.

This means that if a girl is a listed building you carn't do anything with them as they are e.g. a mates ex, a mates sister, someone who's got a boyfriend, ect
Dude look at her --- Don't go there she a Listed Building

The term is a neologism. It was a joke 'Internet term' which was first used by "Friday Night Cranks" and has since been (rarely) used by fans of the show. It was supposed to be a common "figure of speech" used on Myspace (as told on the show) and was meant be mean, "Where do you live?" when stated. Similar to an euphemism.

The term "can I take a bite out of your taco?" was also created by Friday Night Cranks at the same time this one was.

A lot like big-city building department, but way more restrictive and difficult. Getting a permit through the building department is harder than going to Wal-Mart and not picking up any junk food. The time it takes to get plans through the building department is slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter.
I went to the Coeur d'Alene building department this morning, and then I decided to improve my day by plucking my eyeballs out.

secure the building

A term used by all three elements of a military force. The definition is different for each.

Navy: Make sure the building is tidy, and locked up before leaving.
Army: Take an enemy controlled building with force.
Air Force: Sign a three year lease with option to buy.
Army guy: Alright, we've got to secure the building!
Navy guy: Make sure you have the keys before we lock it.
Air Force guy: Where do I sign?

has left the building

The expression "has left the building" used to be reserved for discouraging fans of Elvis and Marylin not to hang around for autographs, a glimpse, or a chat with their hero, thereby informing them that their hero no longer occupies the premises and has 'physically' left the building prolly in a limo ... but now generically refers to virtually anybody and anything that has 'permanently' expired, as in dead, died, death, "passed away", checked-out, dirt napped, and can no longer pay taxes and entertain the 'troops' ... but like Frank says "that's life, that's what people say, you're riding high in April, shot down in May, but I know one thing, I've been a Puppet, a Pauper, a Poet, a King, I've been up and down, and over and out, and I know one thing, EACH-TIME, I-FIND, MY-SELF, FLAT-ON-MY-FACE, I pick myself up and get back in the race ... That's LIFE! ... -bdn-
"What do you mean she's not here?"
