A phrase used to express utter frustration in a variety of applications, usually caused by the force of a barbara. Fuck barbara, fuck! Including but not limited to frustration due to intoxication to the point of becoming best friends with a toilet and laying on the floor in pain, unable to get up...possibly insinuated by excessive playing of the song "Roxanne", at a party, with drinking cues provided by a barbara. This frustration is not necessarily towards a barbara, but is more applicable in situations where a barbara fucks with someone's life.
